WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?

Courier company is responsible of delays due to weather conditions and geographical reasons. You will be informed by phone; in case the products ordered are out of stock. Couriers are not delivered during the weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during a public holiday will be processed on the first business day following such public holiday. You may contact us at bite@micaochocolates.com for any issues relating to delivery. Orders are delivered within Turkey only.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

We work with UPS in order to deliver our products in the fastest and safest manner.

All of our products are handmade and made ready for shipment within 1 day following our receipt of your order.

Your shipments are delivered within 2 business days after shipment for locations within a radius of 600 kilometers and within 3-4 business days after shipment for locations within a radius more than 600 kilometers.

Are your products handmade? 

Mİ’CAO CHOCOLATES products are completely handmade.

Do your products contain any additives?

No, none of our products contain added sugars and GMOs.

Our products do not contain trans fats, corn syrup, palm oil or glucose.

Are food and nutrition indicators listed on the package?

Yes, the backside of Mİ’CAO CHOCOLATES product packages contain food and nutritive values for 100 grams and the total weight of the product in grams

Where and how should your products be stored?

You may store our products between 15-20 celcius degrees, in a cool and dry environment and away from any odor or direct light.

Do you accept orders from outside of Turkey?

Currently, Mi’CAO CHOCOLATES only accepts orders within Turkey.

Can we order anywhere within Turkey?

We accept orders from all provinces in Turkey.

Which courier company do you work with?

Can I return a product?

You may return or replace a product if you have received a defective or a wrong product. However, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for food products, beverages and daily consumption products.

What are the conditions for product returns?

If you have received a defective product or a wrong product you may return a product within fifteen (15) days as of delivery date, provided that the product is in the same condition as delivered, the packaging is not opened, damaged, not consumed and is in good condition for resale.

Are your products tested on animals?

No.
